  • Results-driven mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Emphasis on relationship building and understanding the alignment between Sales and Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Psychology with excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

Compliance & Risks seeks a dynamic Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead brand awareness initiatives, penetrate new markets, and foster product/service promotion while nurturing client loyalty. You will collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed team to develop and optimize scalable demand generation programs, crucial for driving sales pipeline growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels such as content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and events.
  • Create & Manage: Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aligned with account-based and demand marketing strategies.
  • Plan: Establish campaign timelines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Measure: Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and track ROI to optimize future strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Optimise and Advise: Document campaign learnings, provide strategic advice to Sales and Senior Management, and contribute to budget allocation decisions for growth.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research to understand market trends, positioning, and messaging strategies. Use insights to refine demand generation tactics and differentiate the company’s offerings.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively follow up on leads generated through demand generation activities.
  • Customer Segmentation: Segment the target audience based on demographics, firmographics, behavior, and other criteria to personalize marketing campaigns and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Attribution: Establish attribution models to accurately attribute leads and revenue to specific marketing touchpoints and campaigns, providing visibility into the impact of marketing efforts on sales outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in demand generation, marketing automation, and digital marketing to enhance performance and drive innovation.
