Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
This business unit is our logistics hub in Europe and provides logistical services for METTLER TOLEDO in the worldwide service business and in the import and export of products. To strengthen the demand planning team in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and independent

Responsibilities:

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Implementation/Holding S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
  • Planning and monitoring of defined product ranges
  • PLM responsibility for the defined product ranges (NPDI, phase out)
  • Liaising closely with product managers and counterparts in the SBUs
  • Challenging provided sales plans taking into consideration existing capacities and targets
  • Analysis of historical stock/availability data and driving actions from this
  • Analysis and maintenance of the forecast with the corresponding tools (BI reports, DCF, ECC)
  • Analysis and improvement of SCM KPIs (ITO, Excess inventory, OTD)
  • Working on projects or sub-projects with other areas within the EU-HU

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

  • You have a basic commercial education and good business knowledge, further education or studies in the direction of Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
  • You bring at least 3 – 5 years of work experience in a logistics environment, preferably in demand planning
  • You have good MS Office & SAP skills and are familiar with lean and continuous improvement activities
  • You are solution orientated and strive to solve problems at their root cause and you can stand out by your ability for connected thinking and focusing on E2E solutions
  • You are a team player with initiative and motivated attitude who is resilient and able to work under pressure
  • You like to take over responsibility, work independently, possess a growth mindset and like to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent English is required for this role, German language skills are a plu
