Description:

We are now seeking two Demand planners to help us further building the future of food by owning & leading the demand planning within your area.
You can be based in Roeselare, Belgium; Nieuwegein, Netherlands; Berga, Spain or Valldoreix, Spain. You will be reporting to the Supply chain manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
What you will do
- Be the true business partner for the sales team by supporting & challenging them to deliver bottom line result without surprises
- Set the baseline statistical forecast through our planning tool (O9 Solutions) & performing adjustments based on market insights & key account alignments
- Own and facilitate the monthly demand planning part of your area within our IBP process, prepare and bring analysis to be discussed & decided upon leading to high quality consensus forecasts
- Follow-up forecast accuracy, analyse deviations & course correct
- Maximize product availability & drive high service levels through good forecasting
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in commercial & planning teams in the company & distribute information to the relevant teams
- Support the budget process trough accurate forecasting, provide overview to commercial leadership team & finance teams

- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
