Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As a Demand Planner for our office at Rosedale Auckland, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining demand forecast, and promotional scenario planning for the clients serviced. You will ensure that the Advanced Lifecycle Planning Services (ALPS) provided are utilised to the full potential and the client is seeing the value and benefits and they are moving towards the One Source of Truth model.
You will incorporating business intelligence and forecasting information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated team player with experience in the demand planning function.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Forecasting, lifecycle and seasonality planning, statistical algorithm tunning using best in class tools (BlueYonder, Business Intelligence) and best in class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Ensure planning master data is managed and maintained accurately and at regular cadence and improvements suggested
- Lead and manage the collaborative Demand Review and Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) meetings and ensure value add to clients
- Analyse competitor landscape, anticipate market trends for optimal demand planning and timing of inventory purchases
- Analyse data from all available sources to identify bottlenecks and planning outliers
- Assess end-to-end inventory and optimise stock demands based on current and future business strategy
- Evaluate and report weekly on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Advanced Lifecycle Planning Services (ALPS).
