Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting for a Denodo Developer to join our team in London.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Denodo development and administration, along with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of RDBMS concepts.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Denodo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Denodo data virtualisation solutions. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient data integration, performance optimisation, and seamless data access across the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop data virtualisation solutions using Denodo, ensuring data integration and access are efficient and effective.
- Manage and administer the Denodo platform, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries, and have a strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
- Apply ETL concepts and use tools such as Informatica to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Work on data mapping projects, and handle XML/JSON and REST-based web services for data integration.
- Perform tuning of Denodo environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
