THE ROLE

Lumino Symes de Silva is looking for a trained Dental Assistant to come on board in a Casual Employment role. If you are studying or find yourself too busy to take up a full/ part time position and like the flexibility - this role is for you. A welcoming environment is apart of our Lumino brand and we can cater to your busy schedule and fluctuating requirements of work, of course working with a high level reliability is a must. This role may require you to work at various practices to assist with Clinicians on some occassions, but the best part of this role is having a home base to come back to, as it can feel disconnected with contracting agencies but by having a work place to call home and always being included in any social and work events helps to feel like an appreciated member of our team.
As one of our Dental Assistants, you will work alongside our highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. You will be tasked with supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures and ensuring best practice standards are upheld, and the best patient care is provided to every patient. You will also take control of tasks such as sterilisation and infection control, ensuring all instruments and equipment are processed and sterilised following best practice guidelines. A high level of communication and prioritization is a must. We provide on-going training and development to ensure your day is busy, yet enjoyable.
All our staff members are treated with respect and are valued as vital members of our team. Our strengths as a bigger team is keeping fluid communication and an on-going welcoming environment to work in, we pride ourselves on kindness and inclusivity.
