REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
• Warm and positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team of highly trained clinicians and dental professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clinicians during dental procedures and maintaining sterilization and infection control standards.
• Welcoming patients with a friendly smile, managing enquiries, appointment bookings, and administrative duties.
• Providing patient care and education, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
