Description:
The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic and lead the clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-5 Year(s) of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with staff, doctors and patients
- Possess strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Other Required Skill(s): Organization management skills, staff management, day to day running of dental practice ability, conflict management skills, excellent customer service ability, staff schedule, able to work under pressure and be even tempered, excellent interpersonal skills, disciplinary management ability, social media skills, IT Savvy, detail-oriented person.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic
- Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet the clinic’s requirement
- Ensure overall cleanliness and the clinic and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
- Responsible for inventory management
- Collate report every end of the month
- Keep and monitor staff records and time attendance to include leave and sick days
- Organize, attend and participate in clinic meetings & take minutes
- Manage patients’ appointments
- Oversee and appraise staff performance
- Arrange staff induction, training and development
- Encourage and develop staff motivation and teamwork
- Support and cross cover at all levels, including performing the function of Dental Assistant
- Improve customer service Level
- Observe patient confidentiality at all times
- Examine and resolve complaints received from patients, visitors and clinicians
- Deal with all patient queries professionally
- Maintain good customer relations with all patients/parents, referring dentists
- Execute productivity increase strategies and optimize dental staff and procedural value
- Manage clinic facilities, equipment, supplies and resources in relation to cost management
- Evaluates stock levels of supplies and oversees repair or replacement of dental equipment.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested
