POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Specialist will work closely with the Technical & Marketing Managers in the efforts to expand the Kuraray Noritake chairside dental materials market share. The essential function of this role will be to support the recruitment and educational programs for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from planning stage to execution. Travel to set-up hands-on courses, meet KOLs, Study Groups and Trouble Shooting for large accounts will be required in this position. Additionally, this position will provide customer service related to dental technology and materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with dental CAD/CAM milling software; demonstrated experience facilitating training, educational programs, technical content dental CAD/CAM software
  • Dental CAD/CAM milling software knowledge
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and willingness to learn dental new technologies (CAD/CAM) and materials.
  • Proven history of strong and excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to travel 50% or more in the US and Canada (car/air).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Candidate must be remote on the West Coast of the United States (California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, etc)

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training events for Kuraray Noritake Customers to result in creating product advocates for the KATANA CAD/CAM blocks and other Kuraray Noritake Dental materials.
  • Assist in every aspect from planning to implementation of educational programs such as visiting event venues, preparation of materials and product literature, organize and schedule travel and reservations.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide resolution to inquiries regarding Kuraray Noritake dental products
  • Organize hands-on instruments, equipment’s at local venues.
  • Assist KOL during the education programs.
  • Customer Service calls and data entry to track troubleshooting.
  • Monitor social media activity as it relates to product issues or opportunities.
  • Content creation for various marketing and promotional activities
  • Plan and execute other additional duties as requested by the reporting manager
