The Role
We are looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our dental team in Merrylands where you will provide exceptional customer service. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills by our supportive team.

The Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients in-person and over the phone.
  • Assist patients and third parties with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support HCPs with administrative tasks.
  • Promptly answer calls and complete assigned tasks daily.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Address patient and dentist concerns in the absence of the Dental Coordinator.
  • Open and close the center daily and coordinate maintenance tasks.
