• Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s values and motivate the team
• To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
• Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
• Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment and confidently make store decisions
