For our office in Cork, we are currently looking for a Depositary Officer to join our growing Team. We offer a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

Your responsibilites will include:

• Actively participate in the day-to-day operational depositary work, ensuring compliance of Alternative Investment Fund clients with regulations, with a focus on the following depositary duties:
• Cash monitoring
• Oversight
• Safekeeping

In doing this you will be:

• Performing analysis and controls in order to mitigate the risk linked to depositary services.
• Participating in performing due diligence on third parties.
• Completing Key Performance Indicator reports.
• Completing Asset Reconciliations.
