JOB OVERVIEW
As an RFC Logistics Manager at our Basingstoke RFC at Euro Car Parts Group you are responsible for championing best in class Logistics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
You will report to the Divisional Logistics Manager to create, develop and drive performance and operational standards which link to our organisation’s strategy and plan, and ultimately ensure that we deliver on our customer promise.

Responsibilities:
- Drive a safety culture throughout the RFC by ensuring that the Logistics management team is accountable for health and safety compliance in line with all procedural and SSOW requirements, ensuring that these are reviewed at appropriate intervals for best in class health and safety
- Raise awareness of health and safety compliance and consistently review these practices to continue to implement improvements to the working environment in the RFC
- Create a customer focused mindset throughout the function, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- Encourage collaborative working between the matrix structure to ensure we are maximising on the customer opportunity
- Lead, coach and develop your teams to ensure that the management team have the skills and capabilities required to be leaders
- Help to shape the controls and measures that the RFC operation adheres to, such as by ensuring documented processes for all RFC operations and by holding structured team briefings, to ensure continued operational improvements
