Portwest is one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world currently employing over 5,300 staff worldwide, with customer service staff in over 130+ countries and 11 Global warehouses in UK, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, UAE, USA and Australia. We design, manufacture and distribute market leading workwear, safety wear and PPE in fully owned production facilities.

We are seeking a Deputy Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team and spearhead the execution of exceptional brand marketing initiatives. REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Relevant third level degree and/or professional Marketing qualification.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritisation, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively within the marketing department and across departments.
  • Keen attention to detail and proven ability to develop engaging content.
  • Fluent in German is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing monthly KPI’S, measuring campaigns and project performance.
  • Serve as the Brand Ambassador, safeguarding brand consistency across all channels for our diverse portfolio of brands and sub-brands.
  • Contribute to evolving brand identity through insights from competitor analysis, customer engagement, and market research to ensure our brand(s) remain relevant, contemporary, and captivating to our audience.
  • Support the execution of our retail brand strategy, ensuring our point-of-sale (POS) and merchandising offerings are exceptional and resonate with customers.
  • Assist in developing engaging campaigns to enhance brand awareness and shape the brand perception.
  • Aid in maintaining all brand assets, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in overseeing the management and maintenance of brand content on external platforms and customer channels.
  • Contribute to the developments of sub-brands, including conducting intellectual property (IP) and trademark assessments.
  • Support in handling sponsorship requests and identifying commercial sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand exposure within relevant industries.
  • Assist in providing comprehensive reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts and offer strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to advance the division and company objectives.
