Description:

Coordination of the daily operations of the Crew Data team:
(Crew Data team reports to Crew Operations and supported by Deputy Crew Operations)
Secondary contact with the Client Office operations team with regards to Crew documents as required for operations in season.
Liaising with management to ensure that the Crew data documents provided they are in line with the Client / local authority’s requirements.
Ensuring that the team is properly staffed / trained to support 24/7 operations during the run up and during the cruising season.
Supporting team leaders or shift leaders to support 24/7 operations during the run up and during the cruising season, and preparational training during off-season
Liaising with crew management to ensure that Crew data is shared responsibly.
Coordination of the daily operations of the Crew transfers team:
(Crew Transfers team reports to Crew Operations and supported by Deputy Crew Operations)
Secondary contact with the Client Office operations team with regards to Crew documents as required for crew movements in season.
Liaising with management / vessel Captains to ensure that the crew transfer / movements are carried out in a timely / organised manner .
Liaising with crew management / vessel Captains to ensure that the crew transfer / movements are approved.
Ensuring that the team is properly staffed / trained to support 24/7 operations during the run up and during the cruising season and preparational training during off-season
Supporting team leaders or shift leaders to support 24/7 operations during the run up and during the cruising season.
Secondary partner / Client of the Staff Flight team:
Liaising with crew management to ensure that crew movements are planned as required for smooth operations during season.
Ensuring that both Data and Transfers provide the support / smooth communication with staff flight requirements.
Oversee staff flight procedures once the manifest is closed.
Ensure all providers are updated with regular cancellations
Ensure service providers receive adequate information with regards to arrival, departures, bus allocations.
Secondary partner / service provider to Crew management:
Manages logistics / crew extractions / emergency support as required by Crew management.
Liaises closely with Crew management to provide other services as may be required to crew whilst in transit.
Support Fleet Doctor(s), Fleet Nurse(s) with Medical Assistance:
Act when medical extractions are required
Ensure medical appointments are in place for shoreside assistance
Collate medical reports
Submit medical reports to Pursers/Captains, Fleet Doctor and Crew Management
Support Medical Insurance Claim processing (invoice collating)
Administration of shoreside medical patient files, invoicing and collating of data
Support Fleet Crew Manager:
Support Fleet Crew Manager with daily operational preparations
Liaise closely with Fleet Crew Manager when medical extractions, terminations are involved
