Description:
[What the role is]
Develop and implement innovative strategies and business initiatives to drive growth opportunities for Community Chest.
Implement Sustainable Philanthropy Framework (promote shared value) to drive sustainable resourcing for the social service sector.
Drive transformation, innovation in system development and digitalization initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable robust donor management, recognition and stewardship.
[What you will be working on]
- Spearhead innovation strategies and product development to grow new donors and funds for Community Chest.
- Analyse and evaluate market context and development, and donation data to formulate new initiatives and product offerings. Acquire resources and/or funding to support trial, implementation and eventual roll-out of initiatives.
- Lead and implement transformation/ special projects to drive operational efficiency, enhanced donor experience and business outcomes.
- Drive change management to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure compliance of integrity in matters of people, processes, procurement and relationships (vendors / suppliers / partners etc).
Other Duties:
Other duties related aligned to the Group’s objectives, as assigned by Group Director or
Director.
