Description:
The Deputy Director of Nursing will provide nurse leadership to the Care Groups whilst supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver the effective integrate clinical, operation and financial performance of the Division. As an experienced leader, you will bring innovation, compassion and expertise; you will join a fast-paced and hugely supportive team working within a highly rewarding environment. This role will support quality, safety and patient experience across the Division, contributing to the Quality Improvement plan, as well as the Corporate Nursing Agenda and having a portfolio that reflects this, as delegated by the Divisional Director of Nursing.
