JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Manager in the construction industry with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring proactive measures are taken to address challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction management process.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the building construction industry, emphasizing project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • In-Depth knowledge of Villa Construction (A-Z)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
