• Provide guidance and direction to department heads, promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and inclusion for individuals with lived experience of mental health challenges.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient, safe and effective high quality mental health service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions to improve the overall quality and efficiency of mental health services, with a focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Monitor financial and key performance indicators by ensuring responsibility and accountability is understood with strategies to support sustainability and growth
