FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP:

Collaborate with the CFO in providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the organisation.
Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in M&A activities and a track record of successful financial transactions.
• Experience in liaising with external audit partners and managing audit processes.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As the Deputy Group CFO, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Group CFO in driving key finance functions, including fundraising initiatives for potential capital market expansions. Your focus will encompass managing the entities under the group of companies, liaising with external audit partners, assisting M&A activities, and possessing the necessary skillsets required for the company’s growth strategies.
