  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within an English Department.
  • Familiarity with assessment practices related to Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and IB frameworks.
  • Proven ability to mentor and support the professional growth of English faculty members, promoting a collaborative and enriching team environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities to effectively coordinate departmental activities, implement curriculum enhancements, and lead professional development initiatives.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified full-time Deputy Head of English Leader, as well as a Cambridge Lower Secondary English, IGCSE, and IB Language and Literature Teacher to join our dynamic educational institution.
The candidate will be expected to create and deliver engaging lessons that captivate students’ interests and foster a deep understanding of the core concepts within the realms of English. This encompasses not only conveying theoretical knowledge but also applying innovative teaching methodologies to cultivate critical thinking skills and real-world applicability. Additionally, as Deputy Head of Department, the candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the department’s educational strategies and initiatives.
