SALARY FROM £40,229 TO £48,456 PA INCLUSIVE WITH POTENTIAL TO PROGRESS TO £52,095 PA INCLUSIVE OF LONDON ALLOWANCE

Student Services plays a central role in LSE’s central administration and our Student Service Centre (SSC), where the post is based, offers mission critical functions that are fundamental to the student experience and educational journey.

You and your team will be committed to providing an outstanding level of student focused service in the delivery of the planning and management of SSC coordinated general student advice, including front-facing services, UKVI Student visa compliance and advice, and management of key processes such as repeat teaching.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will excel in a fast-paced student focused administrative environment and be able to effectively manage both your own varied workload, as well as that of the team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues daily. You will assist the Head of Student Advice and Engagement Management in applying our ethos of continuous improvement and ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service across all relevant areas.
Previous experience within Higher Education administration working in a student facing role is essential, alongside specialist knowledge of UKVI Student visa regulations.
