As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking for a high-calibre person to join our Student Information team as Deputy Head of Student Information - Systems
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a well-established and respected department.
As the Deputy head of Student Information – Systems you will be working as part of the central quality unit for the Student Information (SI) Service and will be supporting the ongoing planning of operations across campus and central SI teams.
You will be contributing to the ongoing implementation and development of the ‘My ULaw’ app and any other systems introduced to support the student journey.
You will be leading on the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of such systems from an SI perspective after rollout and be a key point of contact for queries and support for systems and processes for all Student Information teams (on and offshore) and will provide training to SI staff on key processes/systems.
You will have experience of managing and implementing complex administrative processes used in a busy office within a complex organisation and experience in the provision of high-quality customer service.

As our Deputy Head of Student Information - Systems, you will:

  • Establish and develop strong relationships with campus and central teams, acting as a key a point of contact for queries from SI staff in relation to systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation and development of the MyULaw app, ensuring content remains relevant and accurate for students across all locations.
  • Be a super user of the MyULaw app, monitor usage and student feedback, produce guidance and provide support to staff to ensure use of the app is maximised.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of any new systems to support the student journey including CRM, TQS and self-service, ensuring all campuses, faculties and partnerships are considered.
  • Support Heads of Student Information, IT and other teams to ensure that new and existing systems are implemented to complement each other and work in parallel.
