Job Description
Oversee and manage assembly operations in compliance with company standards and guidelines
Supervise and train assembly line staff to ensure efficient production processes
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product output
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials
Implement safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Assist the Manager in strategic planning and decision-making for the assembly department
Generate reports on production output, efficiency, and any areas of improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve assembly processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant quality management programs
At least 5 years of experience in assembly operations within the automotive industry
Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
Strong technical skills in assembly line processes and machinery
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent leadership and communication skills
