We’re looking for our deputy managers to:

• Help us keep the best people
• Deputise for the General Manager and lead the business when they are not there
• Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
• Drive standards and knowledge to create guest exceptional guest experiences
• Create sales opportunities whenever they can
• Keep an eye on the pub’s controllable costs

In this role we need someone with:

• Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
• Competence and organisation in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
• Own transport is essential
