Salary package: $109,945 - $117,567 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full-time, Continuing
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the newly created HR Business Partnering function across the ANU College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics, ANU College of Law, ANU College of Science and the Central University Portfolios.

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone with a high-level of knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues, someone who can think big picture and operationalise key initiatives to facilitate a positive campus culture. We are looking for someone with a proven track record on fostering a culture of continuous development and the ability to develop a high functioning team.
You will have proven experience as a HR business partner, experience working across the full employment lifecycle, the willingness to look for solutions, and the ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy. Your will be an adept communicator with the ability to quickly establish credibility and forge lasting relationships with clients. You will be a proactive thinker who collaborates across the business to provide innovative, data driven decisions for your client group.
