• Head of Corporate Management Division.
• Gather information on changes in the external environment, including political and economic conditions that affect our business, forecast and analyze the impact, and propose countermeasures.
• Formulate medium- to long-term and single-year business plans (3-year rolling) in line with the company growth strategy.
• Procurement and allocation of management resources (money and people) / portfolio management.
• Monitoring of implementation status and establishment of management issues/recommendations for solutions.
• Promote information sharing and collaboration on growth measures and initiatives to address management issues at each operating departments.
• Planning and execution of cross-functional projects for synergy creation and structural reform.
• Fluent Japanese in communication and written is required to deliver report to Management of Regional Headquarter in Thailand and ultimate shareholder in Japan.
• Advance power point skill required to create presentation documents in Japanese for meetings with Regional Headquarter in Thailand and ultimate shareholder in Japan.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in food industry.
