Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer and people manager to join our specialist team in this leadership role. You will support the Managing Lawyer, Family Law in the day-to-day operational management of the Independent Children’s Lawyer team.
You will also act as an Independent Children’s Lawyer by undertaking complex legal work, providing technical specialist advice and information to parents, children and young people involved in family law proceedings. You will supervise and mentor staff working in the team and undertake Independent Children’s Lawyer work across the organisation, and assist in developing, training and mentoring lawyers across the organisation and on practitioner panels. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership skills within a small, specialised team.
