Description:

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join NMSK Division. Applications are invited for a Deputy Operational and Performance Manager within the Cluster 3.
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of inpatient and outpatient performance for nominated clusters of specialities within the NMSK. The post holder will manage these teams to ensure high quality scheduling of inpatient and outpatient activity within these specialities, including proactive patient-level management of all pathways. Working closely with a range of colleagues from all disciplines, the post holder will plan and co-ordinate resources to ensure achievement of access targets in line with Trust objectives.
This is a role at the heart of the divisions core deliveries and will provide an excellent and exciting challenge that will present the successful candidate a great position for someone starting or progressing their career in acute operational management. The division would also ensure that candidate is able to gain exposure to the NBT Management Team and in time would be considered for onward promotion within the organisation.

2. Managing of the admin teams within the cluster.
3. Effective management of resources.
4. Providing leadership to the teams
