Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 150 engineers comprising various disciplines (Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Vision, System, Manufacturing, etc.) to provide ongoing support for the machines.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues faced by customers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and customize electrical and mechanical components for various applications (software, hardware). Continuously search for new replacement modules and ensure their qualification to sustain product functionality, such as motors and sensors.
  • Implement control and engineering changes to enhance product performance and extend its life cycle.
  • Coordinate software releases and introduce new features to improve and maintain the products.
  • Provide guidance and support to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd technical support teams responsible for machine maintenance, setup, and installation, particularly for semiconductor equipment.
  • Manage a reporting structure consisting of eight lines, ranging from Director, Manager, Senior Manager, and others.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum MSC degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Additional degree in MBA or Marketing is advantageous.

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Several years of experience in R&D, project management, and operations, with a proven track record of successful implementation of transfer projects, KPIs, and strategies.

Expertise and Methodology:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry, including both Front-end and Backend operations.
  • Strong business acumen and a focus on achieving results.
  • Analytical and methodical thinking abilities.
