Job Description
Aecom is hiring a Deputy Program Manager for the ECWE Delivery Partner project.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Construction, etc.)
- Minimum 20+ years experience in program management inclusive of at least five (5) years of recent experience in a Senior Leadership position ideally leading large passenger Rail Infrastructure projects of $500M+value
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong technical capability including all project phases from design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/ projects
- Experience in leading and delivery of complex projects of similar scale and types to ECWE projects under: Traditional Design Build, P3 and Progressive contracting models (including Progressive Design Build (PBD), Alliancing and construction management at Risk)
- Considerable experience of delivering in collaborative working arrangements
- Demonstrable experience of delivering large programs as part of an integrated client team
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Project benefits
- Expertise in presenting factual and accurate project reports to a range of audiences and at various levels of detail
- Demonstrable experience of successfully integrating complex programs and managing/ coordinating interfaces across all disciplines (e.g., program/ project controls. Environmental, H&S, design, construction)

- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $140,000 - $247,000.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality.
- Manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
