Description:
To provide clinical expertise and quality patient care to the patient group.
To demonstrate clear leadership and mentorship through role modelling and motivation to the B7 multi-disciplinary team.
As a clinical leader you will have responsibility for the organisation and management of the department and team on a daily basis raising concerns and escalating as required.
You will facilitate and coordinate the training, education and development of the staff.

Demonstrate clinical expertise and credibility and ensure delivery of high quality, evidence-based patient care is a priority through role modelling and leadership.
Take appropriate action to address any shortfall, errors or omissions.
Ensure robust and effective communication throughout the department.
Investigate adverse events, near misses and complaints attached to the department.
Encourage reflective practice.
Organise and manage the staff and the department on a daily basis to ensure it reflects clinic scheduling and escalate any gaps or concerns.
Explore new ways of working and developing systems to enhance patient care.
