About Our Client
Our client is an established Asian financial institution, with a steadily growing presence in the space that they operate in. Due to the growth in their regional operations, there is now a newly created role for an ISDA Negotiator to be part of the legal team to support the expansion.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Derivatives Team Lead and partnering closely with business stakeholders and other members of the legal team, you will primarily support the capital markets and lending businesses. You will be responsible for the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide range of derivatives documentation including but not limited to ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and CSAs etc. You will also participate in any regional or global business initiatives or process improvement projects.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience gained in derivatives documentation and negotiations. You are analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable partnering and influencing a diverse range of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
