    Our client is a company that specialises in cosmetic products, having some of the most recognisable brands in the market under them. With concrete plans for the future, its objective is to develop new business opportunities and boost its presence in the market. It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2024.

about the role:

  • Aid in visual merchandising and planogram activities across all stores, including display setup and collateral positioning.
  • Develop advertising and marketing collaterals for physical and eCommerce platforms.
  • Design and create creative artwork for store POSM
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on campaign launches and provide assistance as required.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Training teams to create store materials.
  • Manage the packing and delivery of visual merchandising materials to stores.
  • Generate monthly store guides and reports on store changes, renovations, and new openings.
  • Coordinate yearly store upgrades and reinstatement projects in line with brand standards.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager, HQ Store Implementation team, and local contractors on in-store design and planogram initiatives.
  • Oversee project management and administrative tasks related to store design and upgrades.

skills and experience required:

  • At least 1-2 years of Visual Merchandising and Design experience, in the beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
  • At least a Diploma in Design (Visual Communication) or related.
