Provide the technical documentation for the Customer Adaptation solutions that have been ordered by the sales organization and also be a support function to the CA Case Managers regarding new CA questions.

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:

• Engineer and develop technical solution for customer order.
• Create, release and maintain S-notes securing vehicle functionality and features. Plus follow-up S notes Tech query’s and take corrective action.
• Work collaboratively with x-team to support Production to troubleshoot CA issues. CA Preparation Engineers to improve quality of CA assembly instructions and CA Case Managers to improve CA Quotation process.
• Educational Qualifications - Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Business OR at least 5 years Engineering or Business experience.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS-Project, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, AutoCad, and CreoView
