WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Volvo Construction Equipment Germany GmbH you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

• You develop hydraulic systems for compact wheelloaders from the first idea until the release of the final documentation.
• You configure and fine-tune hydraulic functions and integrate them into the vehicle.
• You support building prototypes and adjusting hydraulic functions at the machine.
• You are responsible for the optimization of the selected components in regards of quality and safety.
• You perform risk assessment activities like FMEA.

In this role, you will bring:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong team orientation, good self-management and the willingness to share knowledge and to continously develop yourself
• Knowledge in CATIA V5 or other CAD software and working experience with Windchill or other PDM-systems
• Experience in the development of mobile hydraulic systems
• Ideally experience in construction equipment or agriculture machinery
• Good command of written and spoken German and Englis
