Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Volvo Construction Equipment Germany GmbH you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- You develop hydraulic systems for compact wheelloaders from the first idea until the release of the final documentation.
- You configure and fine-tune hydraulic functions and integrate them into the vehicle.
- You support building prototypes and adjusting hydraulic functions at the machine.
- You are responsible for the optimization of the selected components in regards of quality and safety.
- You perform risk assessment activities like FMEA.
In this role, you will bring:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- High sense of responsibility and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Strong team orientation, good self-management and the willingness to share knowledge and to continously develop yourself
- Knowledge in CATIA V5 or other CAD software and working experience with Windchill or other PDM-systems
- Experience in the development of mobile hydraulic systems
- Ideally experience in construction equipment or agriculture machinery
- Good command of written and spoken German and Englis
