We are looking for an experienced and analytical

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess senior proficiency in UX/UI design, including web design, graphic design, and service design, as well as expertise in frontend development, including proficiency in the most used programming languages and tools. A deep understanding of modern digital design tools, conceptualization, agile development methodologies, and data-driven customer experience improvement are also crucial for success in this role.

Leading Workflow Between Design and Development:

  • Lead the workflow between design and development teams to ensure a smooth transition from design concepts to implementation.

Owning and Developing Component Library and Figma:

  • Own and develop the component library and Figma to streamline design processes, maintain consistency, and process efficiency.

In this role you are enhancing the user experience, fostering collaboration between design and development teams, and maintaining design consistency through the ownership and development of essential design assets and tools. And you continuously question how things – no matter how big or small – can be better from the customers’ perspective.
