Design Engineer

• Conduct geotechnical design, analysis, and evaluation for ground improvement projects, foundations, excavations, earth retention structures, slopes, instrumentation, and site investigations.
• Develop, design, and oversee geotechnical and civil engineering projects and infrastructure, ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice in all engineering endeavors.
• Coordinate design-related aspects with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, specialists, and construction teams.
• Manage projects and conduct analysis and design across civil, structural, bridge, and geotechnical engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in various design software such as Tedds, Prokon, Plaxis 2D/3D, Staad Pro, SAP, Robot, Geostudio, etc.
• Oversee construction contracts and ensure effective management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan site investigations, review field and laboratory test data, and prepare interpretative reports for civil, structural, and geotechnical aspects.
• Coordinate instrumentation planning, monitoring, and analysis of instrumentation data.
• Liaise with authorities and participate in project meetings.Undertake any other assigned ad hoc duties.
