Western Sydney University has requested Capstone Recruitment to offer a Design Manager opportunity in their Design & Projects Team.
Reporting to the Design Team Lead, working alongside a Senior Design Manager, you will be an integral member of the Design team, responsible for projects generally between $300K & $5M. These projects will primarily be traditional office and educational facility fitouts, some laboratory projects and the occasional landscape project.
Responsibilities:
- Design brief with stakeholders & schematic designs using CAD
- Managing Test Fits where appropriate
- Engaging & managing design consultants & working with internal PM’ to deliver the projects.
