Position Summary:
This position involves working as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data centre facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.
Projects for our clients include feasibility studies, long-range planning studies, and full design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and services during construction for design/bid/build and design/build projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills. They will exhibit a passion and desire to apply their technical experience and knowledge in a team environment on technically challenging and professionally rewarding projects.

We are currently seeking a skilled and a Design Manager with expertise in Multidiscipline Engineering and Semiconductor. The Design Manager will be responsible for leading the design team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for clients and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for clients.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team meets project deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end design process.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to ensure the team delivers innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design or engineering management role.
  • Expertise in Multidiscipline Engineering and Semiconductor.
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience managing client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
