Description:
REDEFINE YOUR PERSONAL BEST.
Stantec is working in partnership with a number clients and contractors to deliver innovative, sustainable and efficient solutions across regulated water programmes and projects. We are looking for individuals who think differently and love to challenge conventional thinking to join our growing, collaborative team, working to meet the unprecedented industry-wide efficiency and net zero challenges across the water sector. The role can be based from any of our Stantec UK & Ireland offices, with hybrid working allowing for a combination of in-office and home working.
As a Design Manager within our Major Projects community, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of major projects. You will oversee all aspects of delivery across major projects, holding roles that may include delivery of design & build (D&B) projects, detailed design delivery and owners engineer services – all requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration both internally and externally.
You will play a fundamental role within projects to identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with the client and other partner organisations, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will lead the team to deliver best value and client service excellence. You will have access to Stantec’s world-class expertise to help you provide cutting edge delivery.
This represents a great opportunity to join a part of our business with huge growth potential. The opportunity will appeal to those looking to work collaboratively to drive continuous improvements and best practice, and to exceed client expectations. Our UK & Ireland business continues to grow at an impressive pace - this is a great time to join and help develop a mature project delivery offering.
