Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checking and approval of plans by tenants
- Provides layout, design, and details for architectural plumbing and fire protection
- Responsible for supervising the projects handled
- Provides 3D perspective and walk-through
- Provides notice to proceed for tenants
- Provides as-built plans with site visits
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Highly Proficient In drafting, designing, and estimates, Product Knowledge - Knowledgeable in mall/restaurant/hotel and/or corporate industry Prerequisite - Must be willing to do fieldwork
- License Architect is a plus but not required
- With at least 1-3 years of working experience or equivalent
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
