2. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional Degree in an Accredited Institution
  • Recommended Experience: at least 5 years in a design office
  • AXP Enrollment and pursuit of NCIDQ, ARE, LEED, etc
  • Exemplary technology and visualization skills
  • Design talent and organizational ability
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of construction

7. DESIGN KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Programming and conceptual design support
  • Exceptional BIM, modeling, and visualization skills.
  • Assistance in Construction Administration
  • Learning regulatory and legal issues having impact on project design, documentation, and execution.
  • Integral in the pursuit of new work through design studies and presentations.
  • Finish board and Image/Concept board research, selection, and production
  • Hand rendering and coloring of design ideas, elevations, etc
  • Meeting notes, memorandums, and email correspondence with team
  • Presentation Meeting design production
  • Assist in the evaluation of materials, products and construction systems based on project cost and impact

8. COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Digital file management and standards
  • Revit - Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a requirement
  • Sketch-up
  • AutoCAD
  • Vray Render
  • Adobe Creative Suite - image editing and presentation crafting
  • Matterport (3D Scanning) is a plus
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Project
  • Bluebeam / Expert PDF Professional

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact with clients throughout pre-construction phase
  • Meet with potential clients to review project needs, budget, and schedule expectations
  • Lead presentations of architectural designs and revisions
  • Manage schedule and preliminary budget expectations
  • Keep client informed of project status and projections on a routine basis
