  Standard BioTools is looking for motivated Design Transfer Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to implement engineering changes.
• Troubleshoot issues during design implementation and seek assistance as required in finding a solution.
• Work closely with quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure that all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and push for timely execution of change deliverables.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with relevant work experience.
• Up to 5 years experience in engineering field.
• Change Control Experience.
• Complex BOM management.
• Understanding of engineering disciplines: mechanical required; electrical, optical, and vacuum desirable.
• Solidworks Experience.
• Solidworks PDM familiarity a plus.
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
• Good initiative, critical thinker, self motivated and willing to learn.
