Standard BioTools is looking for motivated Design Transfer Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to implement engineering changes.
- Troubleshoot issues during design implementation and seek assistance as required in finding a solution.
- Work closely with quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure that all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and push for timely execution of change deliverables.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with relevant work experience.
- Up to 5 years experience in engineering field.
- Change Control Experience.
- Complex BOM management.
- Understanding of engineering disciplines: mechanical required; electrical, optical, and vacuum desirable.
- Solidworks Experience.
- Solidworks PDM familiarity a plus.
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Good initiative, critical thinker, self motivated and willing to learn.
