WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are open to level of experience - you could be looking for your first opportunity or at an Intermediate level. Our role is a unique one and at hand is the opportunity to gain experience in a niche industry.
You will have a good understanding of Autodesk Revit and the ability to produce accurate 3D Building Models and Documentation using Revit with minimal supervision. A working knowledge of the New Zealand Building code and Building Consent procedures would also be advantageous.

TO SUCCEED IN THE POSITION YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ideally experience working with Revit through study or work
• Strong technical & detailing capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team
• Ability to work to time and project deadlines
• Some experience using AutoCAD
• An awareness of HSE best practice
• An awareness of Building Consent Process
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients

We are looking for a Revit Technician for a 6 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. You will join a small design team and work collaboratively on projects from conceptual design through to detailed design, consent approvals, construction documentation and site observation
