WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are open to level of experience - you could be looking for your first opportunity or at an Intermediate level. Our role is a unique one and at hand is the opportunity to gain experience in a niche industry.
You will have a good understanding of Autodesk Revit and the ability to produce accurate 3D Building Models and Documentation using Revit with minimal supervision. A working knowledge of the New Zealand Building code and Building Consent procedures would also be advantageous.
TO SUCCEED IN THE POSITION YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally experience working with Revit through study or work
- Strong technical & detailing capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team
- Ability to work to time and project deadlines
- Some experience using AutoCAD
- An awareness of HSE best practice
- An awareness of Building Consent Process
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Revit Technician for a 6 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. You will join a small design team and work collaboratively on projects from conceptual design through to detailed design, consent approvals, construction documentation and site observation
We will teach you what you need to know and you will be set you up for success with training and support
