Description:

I&’m looking for a Desktop Support Engineer, for an urgent hire on behalf of a client in Newbridge Co. Kildare.
This is a day-rate contract position – initial 6 months with high probability of extension.
Client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential.
The role:
– Fully on-site, 5 days per week.
– Office 365
– Active Directory
– Windows
– Server support
– Desktop support
– Cloud backup, Firewalls (VPN & Internet)
– Internal Network & Wi-Fi connections
Skills required:
– Strong communication skills
– Experience working in client-facing role
– Hardware/Software support experience
– Server support and troubleshooting experience
