Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Desktop support responsible for end user computing, including hardware, software and account issues.
- Maintain & Support AV equipment in conference rooms and provide additional audio/visual support for events including town-hall meetings, VTC and webcasts.
- Printer support.
- Windows OS installation, test and deploy windows images to LM Canada systems.
- Software installation & support
- Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices.
- IT purchase requisitioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment.
- Professional communication.
- Excellent customer service skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED FOR THE ROLE
- Community college with a diploma (technician) and/or 2 years of related experience
