Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Desktop support responsible for end user computing, including hardware, software and account issues.
  2. Maintain & Support AV equipment in conference rooms and provide additional audio/visual support for events including town-hall meetings, VTC and webcasts.
  3. Printer support.
  4. Windows OS installation, test and deploy windows images to LM Canada systems.
  5. Software installation & support
  6. Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices.
  7. IT purchase requisitioning.
  8. Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment.
  9. Professional communication.
  10. Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience supporting audio/visual for use in conference rooms

ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Community college with a diploma (technician) and/or 2 years of related experience
