We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team Onsite in Dorval, Quebec (Montreal).

Job Description

• Provide bilingual (French-English) desktop support duties and have well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
• Working with Windows operating systems and have strong client service skills.
• Work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
• Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual English and French.
• Requires 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Strong client service skills.
• A+ desktop certified or equivalent skill set is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional info:

• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
