Our Desptch Operators are at the heart of what we do. It’s not an easy role, but it’s a rewarding one, which is why we believe in harnessing your talents and creating opportunities to develop you and your career with Ballance.

This role is based in Awarua. A typical day will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries - checking accuracy and fixing up any anomalies
• Despatch of fertiliser products
• Loader and forklift operation including maintenance
• Fixed plant operation

• Ensuring the site operates safely with regular maintenance checks and cleaningInteracting with customers and colleagues and having a laugh!

• You will never be bored in this role and you get to stay active by getting out and interacting with our customers and operating the machinery.
