Job Description

Your main activities and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing back log - prioritise items based on value, dependencies and risks and communicate priorities and status of back log items to all relevant stakeholders
• Safeguard good and efficient progress of the delivery of new development i.e facilitate refinement sessions and software development sprints
• Responsible for quality of user stories - together with business analysts and the business write user stories and ensure refinement with the development team
• Work in close cooperation with the Scrum Master, Business analysts and software developers
• Investigate trends and developments in the market space and translate them to opportunities to improve our commercial proposition and digital platform;
• Use analyses as a basis to suggest further improvements of the product or commercial and operational activities
• Validate client value using client research to investigate if generated ideas are viable (or not)
• Responsible for adoption of deliverables in the business

Qualifications

You have:

• Minimal 5- 7 years’ experience in a similar role, in the area of Digital innovation within the Financial Banking Industry

Basic knowledge of the following skills, and specialised in one or more of these skills:

• Architecture and design
• Creating and configuring of VM’s, databases and hosting products
• Platform processes and cost optimisation
• (Cloud based) networking
• Automation solutions like disaster recovery, scaling, and scheduling solutions
• Platform integration patterns
• Service Management processes and tooling
• Configuring CI/CD pipelines & automation
• Security, risk, and compliance
• Strong sense for client value
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and creative mind set. Competencies: Real team player, reliable, fact-based and knows how to set priorities
